1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Garma ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Garma is developed and operated by Stringcode OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Description of Service

Garma is an AI-powered clothing label scanner that allows you to scan clothing care labels, receive sustainability and quality scores, manage a digital wardrobe, and organize laundry. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze label photos and provide estimated scores and care recommendations.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Garma's scores, recommendations, and analysis are generated by artificial intelligence and are estimates only. They should not be considered as professional or expert advice. Sustainability, quality, care ease, and durability scores are based on AI interpretation of visible label information and may not be fully accurate. Always refer to the garment's actual care label for washing and care instructions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Garma offers a free tier with limited wardrobe scans and unlimited Quick Check scans. Premium features are available through an auto-renewing subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Garma for personal, non-commercial wardrobe management only. You may not:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App's functionality.
Upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights.
Use the App to collect data for commercial resale or competitive purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in Garma are owned by Stringcode OÜ. The Garma name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Stringcode OÜ. You retain ownership of any photos you take within the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Garma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Stringcode OÜ shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated scores, recommendations, or garment care advice. We are not responsible for any damage to clothing resulting from following AI-generated care instructions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Garma at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data through the Settings menu.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
